Shipping rates depends on the country of delivery:

MALTA: Free delivery in 5 working days (unavailable in Gozo), Next day delivery by MaltaPost Euro 5,00

OTHER COUNTRIES: calculated during checkout

 

Order processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m within 2 working days of the receipt of the order.

Orders received from Friday to Sunday and public holidays are processed the following Monday.

Orders are dispatched upon the verification of the authenticity of the payment received. Please note that all customs fees are paid by the customer, and are not included in the prices shown on the website.

Delays may occur during certain periods (for example during holidays or close to important events).

Club Vintage reserves the right to refuse to process orders and/or service in any moment.

 

Order delivery

Club Vintage. will not be held responsible for the loss of the package in case the customer instructs the courier to leave the package without signing for it in person.

Upon delivery of the package, customers are asked to thoroughly inspect it before signing to confirm the delivery of the order. Goods become property of the customer once the package is signed for.

If upon delivery, the package appears to have been tampered with, we suggest customers either accept the delivery under reserve or to reject it.

In case the customer refuses to accept the package, all return shipping costs and custom fees charged to clubvintageshop.com will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

In case it is not possible to deliver the package to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the clubvintageshop.com and all return shipping costs and customs fees will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

 

 International Customs, Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for ensuring that our products can be lawfully imported to your destination country. International orders (shipped to countries outside of Malta) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

Shipping times for international orders can vary, but we would recommend that you allow at least 2-3 weeks for orders from the time it leaves Malta for you to receive it. There may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. Please note international orders that are canceled after the order is shipped will not be refunded.
