Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item starting from when you received the item(s) purchased on clubvintageshop.com to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns within Malta, you will need to ship the parcel containing your returned item(s) with Club Vintage's recommended courier. For returns from outside Malta, you will have to bear the costs of the courier you choose.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have 7 days of time to ship your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as underwear, socks, lingerie, swimwear custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@clubvintageshop.com.

 

  • items should be returned inside their original package and packed as received. If you are returning a set of items, all of the items included must be returned;
  • items must be returned to Club Vintage in one shipment. Club Vintage reserves the right to refuse items returned and shipped in different moments, even if they come from the same order;
  • the parcel must contain a copy of the purchase invoice.
  • Returns from Malta : after requesting the return online, you will receive an e-mail with a prepaid label in attachment (waybill). This must be sticked to the outside of your parcel. The return will be free of charge only if you stick this label to your parcel.
  • Returns from the rest of the world: returns are at the customer's expense, including any possible customs duties.
  • Returns must be shipped from the same address where the parcel was originally delivered. 

    If you have met all the conditions required, Club Vintage will proceed with the refund in two ways:

    • in case of return of an entire order, the total amount of the order will be refunded;
    • In case of partial return of an order, only the amount of returned products will be refunded.

    You will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions.

    In this case, you can choose to have the products purchased at your own expense, paying the return shipping costs. If I refuse this shipment, Club Vintage reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products. 

    The return charges, any customs duties and responsibilities are entirely borne by the customer.
    Should the customer return items to the seller at the seller's expense, Club Vintage will withhold the shipment charges and any customs duties from your refund.

    The time required for refund depends on the method of payment:

    Payment by Credit/Debit Card
    The time required to view your refund depends on your card company. Please note that the date of currency for the refund is the same of payment: you won't be charged any bank interest.

    Payment by PayPal
    The refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The time required to view your refund on your credit card from your PayPal account depends on your card company. If the purchase is a gift, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.

    Payment by Bank Transfer
    The time required for refund is normally 2 to 4 days and depends on your bank.
